The Opportunity
We are looking for a part time of full time Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This role focuses on transaction processing, reconciliations, and maintaining clean, organized financial records to support the broader finance function.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with recurring processes and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Prepare and post routine journal entries, including payroll and contractor payment entries
- Support accounts receivable follow-up, including monitoring overdue balances
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Maintain organized financial records and support filing and document management
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to accounting and finance
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Familiarity with Quickbooks and basic bookkeeping principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with recurring tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and basic financial reporting
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
What Success Looks Like
The finance team can rely on clean, up-to-date data
Transactions are recorded accurately and on time
Bank and credit card accounts are consistently reconciled
Financial records are organized, complete, and easy to access
Overdue balances are followed up on regularly and professionally
