  • Assist with contractor onboarding, setup, and ongoing payment processing
  • Track vacation balances and support year-end payroll reporting (e.g., T4 preparation and review)
  • Support benefits administration and payroll compliance items

Program & Revenue Support

  • Assist with revenue tracking and invoicing for various service lines and programs
  • Support calculation and reconciliation of practitioner and service-based earnings
  • Respond to internal requests related to billing, invoicing, and financial data

Compliance & Government Reporting

  • Assist with government filings and remittances (e.g., GST, WCB, WSIB, EHT)
  • Provide support during year-end close and external tax or audit processes

Planning, Reporting & Process Support

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Support finance inboxes and act as a point of contact for routine inquiries
  • Help maintain organized financial documentation and improve processes over time

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting payroll, AP/AR, and general accounting processes
  • Exposure to multi-entity or operationally complex environments is an asset
  • Experience with Canadian payroll and compliance requirements is strongly preferred

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with recurring processes
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What Success Looks Like
