Frequently Asked Questions

For our PCR tests, we offer both next-day and same-day turnaround. For our next day turnaround, we endeavor to have results within 24 hours, but they can take up until 11:59pm the following day. For same-day turnaround, results will be available 11:59pm the same day.

For our Rapid Antigen tests, we will send you results via email in 30 to 60 minutes.

Your results will be sent via unencrypted email to the email address you provide when booking your test and in accordance with the timeline per your appointment booking.

Results are reported in a standard format. Results are accompanied by a letter from our Attending Physician on our corporate letterhead with our contact information.

For information on COVID-19 related travel restrictions and government regulations, please refer to the International Air Transport Association website at iata.org.

Destination countries will specify the acceptable testing window relative to either your arrival or departure time.

Travel requirements are changing frequently, and it is the responsibility of travelers to check the COVID-19 screen requirements for their destination and layovers prior to booking a travel test.

If you need to cancel, no problem, there is an administrative fee to cover our costs, but we will refund the majority of your fee back within 48hrs.

RT-PCR COVID-19 Testing

Our trained medical team is able to collect specimens from an assortment of sites including Bilateral Nasal & Nasopharyngeal. Unless requested, samples will be collected utilizing the Bilateral Nasal method.

Tests are processed through a number of laboratories including our own local private laboratories and in partnership with laboratories with ISO 15189 and/or College of American Pathologist Accreditation.

Rapid Antigen (RAT) COVID-19 Testing

Point-of-Care Rapid Antigen Testing allows us to provide you results in 30 Minutes.
